Bayern Munich CEO Jan-Christian Dreesen has said the club did not receive any offers for Michael Olise over the summer transfer window, but stopped short of guaranteeing the Frenchman’s long-term future.
Olise has become one of the best wingers in the world at Bayern and has been the subject of numerous rumours linking him away from the Bundesliga side.
In June, amid talk of a potential bid for the 24-year-old, Real Madrid denied making “formal contact” with the German champions.
“That simply wasn’t true [that Bayern received offers],” Dreesen told German broadcaster Sport1. “We’ve had no offers on the table.
“We’ve always said that we’re not interested. So that is our exact position.
“Olise is extremely important for this team. He’s a magician on the pitch, and this team functions so excellently together,” he added.
However, Dreesen was coy when asked if he could ease Bayern supporters’ fears about his future.

“In this business, making promises is a tricky matter,” he said.
When asked about a potential contract extension for Harry Kane, he said: “We have a very relaxed relationship with one another.
“It’s noticeable … That both sides want this. [The contract duration] is one of the little things I can’t talk about here,” he said with a chuckle.
