Conor Gallagher scored Tottenham’s equaliser in a 1-1 draw against Getafe in preseason on Saturday.
A shortened match of 35 minutes per half was played behind closed doors at Tottenham’s training ground. Alberto Risco gave Getafe a 55th-minute lead but Gallagher scored five minutes later to ensure the Premier League side maintained their unbeaten preseason run, having previously won four in a row.
Roberto De Zerbi named new boys Sandro Tonali, Jan Paul van Hecke and Andy Robertson while Archie Gray was named captain.
Ben Davies‘ header from Robertson’s free-kick at the end of the first half was as close as Tottenham came to opening the scoring.

Mikey Moore couldn’t stretch far enough to score after half-time before Richarlison‘s header from a set-piece nearly beat the Getafe goalkeeper David Soria.
But it was the Spanish side, who finished seventh in LaLiga last season, who struck first when Risco played a one-two then beat Antonín Kinsky.
In the 60th minute, the ball was played into Richarlison before Gallagher swept home an equaliser.
Another Richarlison header was saved by Soria in the final moments ensuring Getafe went home with a draw from this 70-minute encounter.
