Serie A Official Suspension: Di María for 2 games, Mourinho for 1 game

On Tuesday, Serie A officials announced that Ángel Di María was suspended for two games for retaliating against the opponent with an elbow in the game against Monza.

In the game against Monza, Di Maria was sent off for elbowing his opponent, and Juventus also lost the game afterwards.

The 34-year-old Di Maria will miss the home games against Bologna and the away games against AC Milan.

On the other hand, Jose Mourinho was shown a red card for being dissatisfied with the referee in the game against Atalanta. Rome was originally worried that he might be suspended for 3 games, but now he has only been suspended for 1 game. The Serie A official pointed out that he entered the stadium in violation of the law.

Mourinho will not be able to direct the game against the old owner Inter on the spot.

On the Inter side, Brozovic will also miss the game against Rome because of a total of 5 yellow cards.
